Cantilever racking system is a specialized open-type storage solution designed to solve the storage pain points of long, oversized, irregular and bulky goods. Different from traditional pallet racks, our cantilever shelves adopt column + cantilever arm integrated structure, no front crossbeam obstruction. It allows forklifts, stackers and manual equipment to access goods directly from the front side.

Product Structure & Details

Our cantilever racking consists of four core parts, every component is finely processed to extend service life and improve storage safety:

Reinforced Upright Column: Adopt integral bending process, thickened column body, strong compression resistance, not easy to deform under long-term heavy load. The surface is treated with anti-rust pickling to adapt to humid warehouse environment.

Adjustable Cantilever Arm: The arm pitch can be adjusted freely by 50mm unit, matching goods of different heights. Equipped with anti-slip bending design to prevent materials from sliding left and right.

Integrated Heavy Base: The enlarged and thickened base increases grounding area, effectively balance the overall pressure of the shelf, avoid tilting and collapsing, greatly improve overall stability.

Safety Auxiliary Accessories: Equipped with arm baffles, bottom guard rails, anti-collision corners as standard accessories. Optional connecting pull rod to strengthen the connection between two sets of shelves.

Surface Coating Technology: High-quality epoxy powder spraying, anti-corrosion, anti-scratch, anti-oxidation. Effectively resist wear during daily handling and long-term storage corrosion.
