Drive-in rack consists of multiple core components that work together to ensure the system's stability, safety, and operability. Each component is manufactured to strict industrial standards, meeting the demands of heavy-duty bulk storage.

Main Components & Functions

- Upright Frames: The rack's core load-bearing component, composed of two vertical columns and horizontal/vertical braces. Made of cold-rolled Q235B steel, columns range from 2.0-3.0mm thick, with customizable heights from 3m to 15m. The bottom is fixed to the ground with floor anchors, ensuring overall rack stability and preventing tilting during forklift operation.

- Guide Rails: Installed on both sides of storage lanes to guide forklifts accurately in and out, preventing collisions with upright frames and enhancing operational safety and efficiency. Made of wear-resistant steel, their length matches the storage lane's depth.

- Top & Horizontal Braces: Connect multiple upright frames to form a stable frame structure, boosting the rack's overall rigidity and preventing swaying or deformation during forklift entry and exit. Braces are secured with high-strength bolts for easy disassembly and assembly.

- End Protectors & Anti-Collision Bars: Installed at storage lane entrances and upright frame corners, made of thickened steel plate or rubber. They effectively absorb forklift impact, protecting both the rack and forklifts from damage and extending equipment service life.

- Floor Anchors: Made of high-strength carbon steel, they fix upright frames to the concrete floor, enhancing rack stability and preventing movement or tilting caused by pallet weight and forklift operation.
