The Heavy Duty Cantilever Rack is our industrial-grade cantilever storage system built for the heaviest long-material applications: steel bars, coils, plates, timber, pipes, and structural profiles. Constructed from hot-rolled steel sections and engineered with finite element analysis (FEA), it delivers per-arm capacities of 100–800+ kg and rack heights up to 5 meters, fully compatible with forklift and overhead crane operations.

This cantilever racking system is the proven choice for steel service centers, pipe mills, lumber yards, construction material suppliers, and heavy manufacturing plants where floor stacking is unsafe, inefficient, or impossible. Every system is delivered with a structural calculation report and optional on-site installation supervision, backed by our load-testing laboratory.

Columns: hot-rolled H-sections with welded base plates and optional tie beams

Welding: CO2 gas-shielded welding, full-penetration critical joints, 100% visual inspection + optional ultrasonic testing

Surface treatment: sandblasting (Sa 2.5) → zinc-rich primer → epoxy topcoat

Quality control: material certificates (mill test certificates) provided with every batch

Q1: What information do you need for a quotation?

 Item length, weight per piece, storage quantity, warehouse height, and whether forklift or crane access is used. With these five inputs we deliver a layout drawing and quotation within 2448 hours.

Q2: Can existing racks be extended?

Yes. The modular frame design allows adding bays, levels, and arms to existing installations using identical section profiles.

Q3: Do you support overseas installation?

Yes. We provide installation drawings, video guidance, and optional dispatched engineers or local installation partners for large projects.

Q4: What is the maximum single arm length?

Up to 1,500 mm as standard; longer arms (2,000 mm+) are available with reinforced sections on project engineering.
